End User License Agreement

This EULA is between you and ShortCut Linking, Inc. and governs the SCL desktop software.

1. License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on devices you control.
2. Your content stays yours. The software operates on documents you already possess. Nothing in this license transfers any right in your documents to us.
3. What you may not do: redistribute the software as your own, circumvent license enforcement for paid features, or use the software to infringe others’ rights.
4. Updates. The software may download updates and prepared content in the background; you can control this in settings.
5. Termination. The license ends if you materially breach it. Your files are unaffected by termination — they were never modified or moved.
6. Warranty & liability. Provided “as is”; liability limited as in the Terms of Service.
