Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation is one click, from within the app or your receipt email. No retention flow, no phone call required.
• Trial conversions: we remind you at day 7, day 3 and day 1 before a trial converts to a paid term. If a conversion charge surprises you, tell us within 14 days and we refund it, no questions asked.
• Prepaid terms ($20/$30/$40 for 1/2/3 years): refundable in full within 30 days of purchase; pro-rata refunds after that are at our discretion — ask, we’re reasonable.
• One-time purchases ($1 analysis, $89 Knowledge Manager, $289 Enhanced Content Manager): refundable within 30 days if the product did not do what this site says it does.
